Striving for exemplary welfare standards is only part of what we're trying to do here at Finlay's Farm, home of Cream o' Galloway ice cream and visitor centre, and Finlay's Farmhouse Cheese; we also seek to tackle other major challenges within the domestic agricultural industry including food and energy security and minimising environmental damage.
